Welcome to Mr. Yachts, your premier choice for luxury yacht rental in Dubai. By using our website and booking our yachts, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience on the water.
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
Booking and Payment
To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone on board, the number of guests listed in your booking must not be exceeded under any circumstances. If the number of guests goes beyond the confirmed capacity, the trip may be canceled without a refund.
All bookings are based on availability and will be confirmed by our team after review.
To secure your reservation, a deposit or advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be cleared before your scheduled trip date and time.
Prohibited Items Onboard
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and crew, certain items are strictly not allowed on board. Bringing any of the following may result in the immediate cancellation of your trip without a refund and may also be reported to the authorities.
Flammable Items
For safety reasons, the following flammable items are strictly prohibited onboard:
- Fireworks, sparklers, or any kind of explosives
- Gas cylinders and gas cartridges
- Cooking oils
- Camping stoves
- Lighter fluid, matches, or similar ignition sources
- Battery-powered heaters
- Lithium batteries and similar high-risk devices
- Electric lamps or equipment prone to overheating
Sharp Objects
To maintain a safe environment on board, the following sharp items are not allowed:
- Axes, knives, box cutters, and scissors with blades longer than 6 cm
- Ice picks and razor blades

Martial arts weapons, swords, sabers, or any similar items
Weapons and Explosives
For everyone’s safety, the following items are strictly prohibited on board:
- Firearms (including real, imitation, or replica weapons) and ammunition
- Stun guns and electroshock devices
- Gas canisters, compressed gases, pepper spray, and tear gas
Captain and Crew Instructions
For your safety and the smooth running of the trip, all guests are expected to follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times. Ignoring safety guidelines or refusing to cooperate may result in the immediate cancellation of your trip without a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees
- More than 72 hours prior: No cancellation charge.
- Within 72 hours: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- Within 24 hours: The full deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive at the scheduled time will forfeit their full deposit. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show.
Rescheduling Policy
When You Can Reschedule

You may request to reschedule your trip at least 72 hours before the departure time.
Restrictions

Requests made within 72 hours of the trip are not eligible for rescheduling.
How to Reschedule
- Contact our support team as early as possible.
- In cases of poor weather or operational issues, we will offer either a new date or a full refund.
Guest Behavior and Compliance
Guests must:
- Use the vessel responsibly
- Follow all applicable UAE laws and safety regulations
- Avoid any illegal activity or dangerous behavior
Any violations may lead to trip termination with no refund and further legal action if required.
Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective once published on our website. Any existing bookings will be reviewed individually in the event of major changes.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with all disputes falling under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Insurance and Liability
The yacht is insured for general use; however, guest belongings are not covered under this insurance. Guests are strongly advised to obtain personal insurance for their valuables.
Mr. Yachts shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property occurring during the trip.
